Hello All,
For a client's project we want to provide the rating facility in user's profile page and other users can give rating to him but he can not give rating to him self. Is there any module available for this kind of requirement?
Try content profile and fivestar modules

I am using profile modules as there are some roles and based on that roles there is access of user profile has given. Any alternate way available?
Content profile still seems like a better option, use some node access module to restrict any viewing to a particular set of roles. Regards,
