Hello!
This is my first e-mail, but sounds to me like a complex question.
Is possible use groups like users (send private messages, post in discussion board, etc.)?
The idea is create groups for companies and each company has multiple users to admin, but all user (in a company) need to speak in the company's name.

There is also the Drupal Commons ( http://drupal.org/project/commons) distribution that might have what you are looking for out of the box.

But there's a problem. Organic Groups just create groups. I need groups act like users: Send private messages, join discussion groups, etc. i think Organic Groups can't do this things.

Yes, Organic Groups does this. Group leaders can send out messages to all members, members can join groups, post content either private or public. I'd suggest doing a search and reading up on OG, lots of stuff out there.

The idea is create a group for each company (is a B2B site) and each group (is a company, remember) has various admins (the users). I need send messages group to group (company to company). The users don't send messages directly. Just use messages from the group.

You should be able to just display the group name of a sender by configuring views and some small templates.
So Bill, Sarah, and Chris all belong to Company A. When Sarah messages a Company it will come through as a message from Company A not from Sarah.
