Hi,
I am trying to create a site where authentic users can created news but it has to be approved by a moderator. When a user creates the content, upon submission he sees the page "Access Denied You are not authorized to access this page." as he can't see un published content. Is there any way that upon successful submission this Access Denies message can be 1. Replaced with other message
OR
2. User sent to his profile page or node creation page.
I use Rules for that in D6 (http://drupal.org/project/rules). It works great, but I'd also like to know if there maybe is a better, more lightweight way.

Thanks. It worked :-)

A lightweight method of doing this would be to create a menu item with a destination parameter in the query string.
/node/add/article?destination=home

a less lightweight option is the Workflow module (you can create any number of states and permissions for Roles to move content between them): http://drupal.org/project/workflow
