Recently I noticed that... a site of mine is missing the feed_icons link.

feeds are there, even the site feed is there, but the feed_icons is missing.

I changed theme... still missing...

I made a diff with a site on the same server that has the icon and I noticed that jstools activeedit panels view have different versions.

But all of them are disabled.

Feeds appear just in the category/ group of urls.

Could be something related with url alias?
