You can do this by editing your theme's stylesheet, probably style.css.
The code you're looking for would be:
.block h2 { ... }

Yes thank you, that was helpful to locate where to look, but interesting enough the issue is under; .title, .title a { font-weight: bold; font-size: 1.3em; color: #006666;
I took a chance and changed the default color and YEP, that worked just fine for my needs, thanks again.
