Hi,
Login is necessary for admin to control the contents or for editing the website.
But i don't want login option for anyone just an info webstie. So in that case is it possible to just disable login for other user apart from admin. I'm confused that if i disable login using admin won't next time i admin will also not be able to edit the website.??
Thanks.

not need to disable only remove the block "authorize", to administer go to the page "domain/user" with "domain" as the domain name of your site
PS: sorry for my english
You need to keep the login form active (so you can log in) but you can disable the ability (or require administrative approval) to create accounts under admin/config/people/accounts/settings (in Drupal 7) or admin/user/settings (in Drupal 6).
