I ran my report and I am getting an error this is the message
Failed generating an image from /PS0001_0.jpg/ using imagecache preset /product/.
any ideas?

Under site configuration -> File System -> File system path: do you have a path set? And under that do you have an imagecache directory that is readable by apache? And is you image in there?
I looked at the code and that's how you avoid that error.
