Assume that I have a content .If I edit that content and save then i need to have my new content as well as old content like content version, Can any one tel me how to do it. Is any drupal module available for achieving this content version

Hi, you need to enable the "revision". In the content type edit section (for example: admin/content/node-type/page for the "page content type") section "workflow settings" check " Create new revision"
And in the permissions page settings (admin/user/permissions) you can choice who can see the revisions.
