I'd like to setup a domestic cleaning site.
I'd like to have roles for clients and employees The cleints should be able to register and then be assigned to an employee. They should be able to reserve/book sessions for their house to be cleaned with their particular house cleaner.
Any modules tutorials out there to help me with this.

Looks like an interesting project to me. There is no plug & play module for specific requirements like yours and it is hard to suggest unless you tell us the complete picture of the what you need. I would suggest to hire a developer/consultant to help you on this.

You could possibly use Organic Groups with each employee constituting a group, and the clients assigned to them.
