How can I get something like :-

i.e A) ability to order based on the fields of the table B) Prev , Next etc buttons at the end of the page.

The site I mentioned in the mail has clearly used drupal (can be guessed by seeing the PREV / LAST buttons at the end of the table) But I could not find any module allows me to do this .
