I need a view that display in a page 2 optional columns to show fields, the administrator of the site when he make the view, he can choose in which column he put specify fields of CCK. For example: in the first column I want to show the fields: Title, Author and Description, and in the second column show only the field image. Like this image.

Sounds to me like you could also create 2 block displays with an argument.

Please investigate and search for tutorials on Panels. There are several videos and screencasts on the web. Panels is complicated and will take some time to learn. Please save more specific and detailed questions for this list.

I think the panel will achieve but I had to set the Fields to the size of the image. Personally it is a bit ugly solution. Continue to seek some other variant. On the videos I try to download on Monday because I have internet access only Drupal.org
Thanks for the help.
