Dear All, i hope some one could sove my problem which is as below:
i was deleting a block from views page in admin/views which the following happened. *PDOException*: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in *lock_may_be_available()* (line *167* of*/home/afnrmnne/public_html/includes/lock.inc*).

have you tried to restart your MySQL server?

Thanks for the Reply, actualy i don't know where to restart mysql. it is hosted on green geeks server. but after just waiting 1 hour it is automatically fixed and the website is working again.
