Hello Nancy. Yes, I have. From that page, I searched for en-GB, and it directed me to http://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/en-gb This, however, is the old localization file that does not work on the current Drupal. Both WordPress and Joomla have en-GB localization for their current releases, so I'm not completely out of luck.
