I have noticed this in my D6 site and would like to disable it too. I have a feeling it might be there on purpose for some technical reason.

I have some 5.7 drupal site with the latest FCKEditor modul. If I have a textarea field with empty value, the FCKEditor always put an <p>&#160;</p>. How can I disable it?
