I am working in updating some d6 code to d7. I am stuck with the error below. I am sure it's not coming from the rules module. Is there a way to trace the source of the error?

What other modules use the rules module? You could output to watchdog at line 32 of php.eval.inc to try to determine the module using the debug_backtrace data.
This is usually when you have included PHP code and it has an error in it.

I have a rule where I am executing custom code. It works well in d6. I have changed most of the api to d7.
doing a debug_backtrace, just give displays back my code(no indication where the error is).

below is the code snippet giving me the error. It works in d6 but not in d7.
