Hi, Well I need a module to moderate comments by a group of people "moderators" (role).

After a lot of research on Google, I didn't get any appreciable results.

Do you guys know some module which adds 'Publish Comment' action to the Actions module ?

This can be used to mass moderate comments using VBO.

If not, I'm thinking of writing one. Give me some ideas. The guide on drupal.org didn't suit me much.
