I have run into an issue on Ubercart conditional actions where
some  emails simply don't get sent. There is no error message and
I'm at a  loss. When I change to another email I get them, so am
unsure how to  start looking for a clue here. Nothing on the
dblog, the order goes  through properly according to the UC admin
screen, and the server  error log has nothing to add either.

Start with the server mail log. That will confirm that the messages
are getting there, and the disposition -- delivery/reject/etc. --
from that point.

This email issue is getting bad. We sell subscriptions to the site 
and our subscribers are complaining that they can't get password reminders.
I did a test where I requested password reminders from 4 different 
accounts - only 1 of the 4 emails arrived. Here's the log entries, is 
there anything here that can help me narrow this down? I've opened a 
second ticket with tech support - last month the ticket I opened got 
me no joy. They said the log showed emails being sent and there was 
nothing they could do from there on.
