I have a client that is in the end stages of development (he's been through 7 developers before me) and has been thrilled up to this point, but is now having issues with 2 things.
1. The ads in the sidebar are supposed to rotate every 10 seconds. I know I can do this with a Views Slideshow but then he won't have ad statistics. I have Simpleads loaded and running but there is no option to have them switch out every 10 seconds.
Anyone know of a module that will give him what he's looking for? If he says "But in Joomla, I could" one more time I am going to put my hand through my screen and choke him out.
2. He has flash videos embedded in the site (I am using Mediafront) and he's complaining that the site runs slow. He claims "In Joomla" there was a fix for that, but he doesn't know what it was.
I loaded Boost, but is there anything else I can do? I just want to finish this thing.

Try yslow in firefox or chrome. That sometimes gives clues as to what is slow. Are all pages slow, just some, just ones with ads, just ones with flash video?
