Hi Roger, In "admin/people/permissions" you can choose the new content type to be viewable by certain user roles.

True, but that applies to new content types it cannot be used on an occasional basis on the generic New Page Content Type. Problem with using my own Content Types is that they are locked down automatically by Workbench unless the switch is off and then they become generic as above, for everyone.
