Hello Drupalites,
Yesterday I upgraded our intranet Drupal site, core and modules, including Drupal core 6.20 and Wysiwyg 6.x-2.2 (with FCKEeditor).
Users are reporting that the bullet points (list items) for GUI editor - which I don't use - are not appearing.
My only suggested workaround at this point is to disable rich-text so they can see the html source or run a preview. This is not satisfactory in the long run.
I don't have great knowledge of the internals of such editors, and I am also wondering whether others have experienced the same issue.
Looking forward to your assistance,
This could be a number of things.
Do bullet points appear whilst using the editor but do not appear after saving the node? If so, it is likely the input format (admin/settings/filters) is not configured to display lists or list items. The <li> elements won't be present in the resulting source.
It is also possible that the stylesheet is simply not displaying the list items with bullets (given by the list-style or list-style-type CSS properties). Inspect the source to see if the <li> elements actually exist. In this case, the stylesheet just needs adjustment. FCKeditor can be configured to use a custom stylesheet during usage, which can result in the same problem.

No, quite the reverse. As mentioned the list item bullet points don't appear in the GUI editor. My workaround at this point is to disable rich text so they can see the html source (where they do appear) or run a preview (where they also appear).
Sorry about not being as clear as I should have!
Are you using FCKEditor or CKEditor? if you're using FCKEditor you may want to upgrade to CKEditor.
