Taxonomy Access deleting node_access for node

Hello, Has anyone heard anything like this? What's happening is that whenever I edit a node, all entries in the node_access table for that node id are being deleted, and no new entries are being added with the new taxonomy access settings. I'm pretty sure the culprit is Taxonomy Access, since I just installed that, and the access part is working perfectly (it's whenever I change a node that I run into trouble). I'm using Drupal 4.6.3, I have the latest Taxonomy module from http://drupal.org/node/37061 and (I think) the latest Taxonomy Access Module from http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_access (4/27/05?). I upgraded Drupal on my site manually. Hope this does not cause problems, fantastico still thinks I am running 4.6.3 but I really am running 4.6.5. Linefeed at top of all pages

Something is inserting a linefeed at the top of all my pages. I doesn't appear to be a problem for html pages but this is fatal for RSS feeds. I read that someone experienced this with the captcha module but I don't have that module. Any suggestions on how to track this down (aside from disabling modules, which I've done a bit of already)?

I have done this only once, a few versions ago, but if I am not mistaken, the person who created the post could bypass the queue automatically and set it to published. Not sure if that was a permissions issue on my side, but that didn't work for me as expected. I would appreciate if you test Bill's suggestion and give feedback for future people with this problem. Invalid Argument Installing The Location Module

Hello online friends, As many of you here are busy getting ready for the holidays and the release of 4.7 I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. I've tried installing the Location module and received this error that I submitted a bug report for: http://drupal.org/node/40730 warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/addvice/ public_html/online/modules/location/location.inc on line 1128. This is a very valuable module for me, and I would love to have this feature for my site. I'm running 4.6.3 right now, and I've very familiar with the module installation process. I've searched the forums and found one other similar request that has also gone unanswered. This makes me think I'm missing something obvious. If someone could please help, I would be very grateful. databse error

I have installed drupal on my web site www.raunharman.co.in/drupal The databse has been created (using control panel). The db details are: Dbname drupal passwd 123456 When I visit the URL www.raunharman.co.in/drupal, I get the following error: Access denied for user 'username'@'localhost' (using password: NO) What could be the problem. Exporting nodes and comments

Hi! I will soon upgrade one of my most popular sites to Drupal 4.7. Many things have happened with Drupal since 4.2, so I can improve the site a lot (e.g. inline images, better menu structure, and so on) so I want to transfer each node and its comments together to the new site, and in that way rebuild the site from scratch, posting over node for node (including its comments) one at a time. Recreating each comment one by one seems a bit tedious, as I already have 900 or so nodes to transfer, and keeping track of which comment belongs to which node will be a nightmare... :-( Anyone with a suitable solution for this? I don't want to loose any comments, as these make up for the character of the site. If there is no such utility, then I'd have to use PHPMyAdmin and do each and every one manually as an export file, but that seems a bit over the edge. Regards and thanks in advance, Kobus

Start-End Date

Hi! Is there any module which provides any feature of Start date and End Date for a certain event. And the event must expire after the End Date. The Start and End dates must appear on the page as well as on the home page of events with the link to the main page of the event. Thanks!

Posted to Forums -> "How do I..." and mailed to support Not sure if I should've sent this to the developer's list. I've got some scripts that build story nodes from plaintext files. The files, unfortunately, have linebreaks in bizarre places. Drupal handles the paragraphs correctly when converting to HTML, but I would like to remove entirely the piece that converts linebreaks to '<br />' tags. I had assumed that this was taking place in "function _filter_autop($text)" in filter.module, but after removing every preg_replace call that involved '<br />' tags, (e.g., "$chunk = preg_replace('|<br />\s*|', "\n\n", $chunk);") from that function, I found that drupal was still inserting the unwanted linebreaks. Can someone please tell me where this is happening in drupal? I've been grepping myself silly trying to find it.

I know, but attachment module allows for metadata with files which is why Im using it.
