Hmm, I think that's a good idea Idan. For the ones that I need the image to be unique I can make sure that they're nodes. View or no view based on argument? Or: overriding UC Catalog for certain TIDs?

Hello The UC catalog module provides a display of categories and subcategories, and ultimately a list of nodes. I need to change the way it displays lists of nodes for certain catalog categories (taxonomy terms), but otherwise it should use the default. In other words, if the path is: catalog/1 catalog/2 ... Do whatever it would normally do. However if it's catalog/25 catalog/30 catalog/31 catalog/37 catalog/38 ... I want a view to take over. Sadly, UC does all of this in code, with no actual "catalog" view--it's in the UC Catalog module. Is there some way to get this behavior? You know, without setting up a view page for each tid where I want this? As an alternative, all of the products in the special-handling-desired tids, will be of a specific type. If there was a way for the view to detect the type of nodes which would be displayed, and invoke only if a certain type is matched, but otherwise allow non-view behavior, that would be perfect. Getting Images to Line Up in Views Grid

Gang, I'm having a bear of a time getting photos to line up in a Views grid. The photos themselves are being cropped and made by imagecache, so they are exactly the same same size. I've set the fields to be inline so Views is generating spans instead of divs, cause divs aren't supposed to go inside table cells, right? But that made no difference. Error on when creating image content "the selected file could not be copied"

Hello all! I've been running drupal 6.15 for a few weeks now, using it to learn the system, having had no previous experience of drupal. I have just tried to create an image node by going to "create content" and then selecting "image". I have the Image module installed and the dependent modules Image Attach, Image Gallery, Image Import and Upload Image enabled. I select an image to upload form my desktop machine using the file browser form widget but when I save the image the following screen alerts me to the following problem in a red box at the top of the screen: "The selected file [path to my drupal install's document root]/sites/default/files/images/temp/neutral-nav-bottom-200.gif could not be copied." I get the same error when I try to edit the image and upload a new verison. I've had a look in that folder and the image has been uploaded there all right. Could it be that I have been a bit too strict with the permissions elsewhere in the filesystem? However, I'm unsure of where it's trying to move them to and when I check the PHP error log there are no permission denied errors. Also, I am curious about that path. When I go to Site configuration > images the default image import path is sites/default/files/tmp/image , so where is drupal getting the sites/default/files/tmp/image path from? No doubt some newbie error I made during the configuration. Thanks in advance for any help you can supply, please let me know if I have left out any relevant information. -- Matt Jones

Hi all, Does anyone have any good ideas on how to get an image (actually below the menu which will be in the left sidebar) to change when the menu selection changes? My initial idea is to have a block that is basically just a big switch/case statement that writes out an img tag, but wondering if anyone has any better ideas. Thanks, Anthony.

trouble with aggregator

I'm stumped with Aggregator and would like to see if there is anyone able to point me in the right direction. I am reading in a number of individual feeds using Aggregator. With each feed, I created a title and set the url to be something like http://webapps.css.udel.edu/calendar/index.php?format=rss&topicid=1. These feeds populated with the appropriate content when I created them, however, I've recently noticed that the feed is no longer updating inside my Drupal site. As I began investigating this a bit, I found that when I click on "update items" that the link is getting rewritten to http://webapps.css.udel.edu/calendar/index.php?topicid=1. The "format=rss" was being removed. I went into the table for aggregator_feed and saw that the link field shows http://webapps.css.udel.edu/calendar/index.php?format=rss&topicid=1 and the url field shows http://webapps.css.udel.edu/calendar/index.php?topicid=1. I edited the table for aggregator_feed and set the link field to be http://webapps.css.udel.edu/calendar/index.php?format=rss&topicid=1. When I visit the aggregator feed page, the posted URL is what I'd expect (with 0 items), but when I click on "update items", the value for link gets re-written again to be http://webapps.css.udel.edu/calendar/index.php?topicid=1. I'm not sure that this will solve my problem of items not updating, but it doesn't seem like the link and url should be different or that the information should change when the "update items" is clicked. Is anybody else seeing this behavior? Any thoughts? Additional notes - I'm running cron hourly. My site is running 6.13. Thanks! Tina

Ajax Login Module Support

Hi, Fond of the Ajax Login module<http://drupal.org/project/ajax_register> It displays vertical and could use some insight on displaying horizontal. Displaying content for one user

Hi, I'm new to this list but have been using drupal for about a year now. I have a question on creating views. My site is a game site that allows users to post stories of their characters. This is done be allowing each user to post their story as a blog. The site also uses a custom content type along with Author Taxonomy and Content Access modules to allow users to have joint authorship of post. What I would like to do would be to find to display all content by a given user whether it be a blog post or one of our custom content types. This would be easy if I weren't trying to include joint efforts in the list for each user who contributed. Any suggestions? Can this even be done without writing code? Child terms in a popover/popunder/etc.?

Hello Googling has come up very sparse on this one... I have been asked to cause product categories on an UC site, to display a dropdown/popover/etc. list of subcategories (child terms) when they are hovered over. Is there some good way to do this? I read of maybe creating hidden divs of subcategories, with a mouseover to display them or something, but that seems like a boat load of extra coding, and probably a custom view attached to every page where one might want the catalog sidebar to appear.
