[D6] ahah send the whole form on each change (editing cck nodes)

Hi all, I wanted to send an httpRequest for each change in taxonomy multiselect fields (when editing cck nodes). I tried to add a ['#ahah'] param to all my taxonomy form entries, it works, but the WHOLE form is sent each time a select change. I expected to send only the form entry concerned. Is this "normal" or is there another way to do this with ahah ? (D6, cck 6.x-2.0-rc6) At the end, I found a solution without ahah, writing an external js file instead of ahah params in drupal $form, but I'm curious about ahah use. New module for upload and choose document/image/file

Hello everyone, For a customer I need to use a module to do this: - Allows me to save a file in the website (/files/) - Colleagues at the node/ add to get to attach a file previously included within this node I could use the "nodereference" module, but I need the opportunity to view a preview of the file that will be choose.. Nodereference puts everything in a "select list" and with this method the user is unable to handle 20+ "possible" file. And it (nodereference) can not do a 'preview' of the file. Someone could do something of this kind can tell or some alternative way Thank you. [Views] User view

I'm using the outstanding Views 2 for D6 I created a view for list the users only my user (uid 1) can see the Email column. The other users from the role that I configured cant. Why's that? How to remove that restriction? thanks Feijó

Demo : NetBeans IDE support for Drupal

Hello everyone, We have come up with a demo to illustrate how easy it is to download, upload and run a drupal based website through NetBeans IDE. The demo runs through the process of downloading the Drupal PHP sources from CVS, creating a corresponding PHP project and uploading it onto a pre-configured server, all through the NetBeans IDE. Beyond this, the demo also details the usage of the NetBeans plugin to assist Drupal Module Development. Drupal 6 Modules

I have a nice-sized site which we are interested to upgrade to Drupal 6, in particular to use the latest release (to be released) of CiviCRM which only provides D6 support, but I am finding that a few key modules are still not ready. This lack of modules is one reason why I have not really been using D6 much. The D6 Panels module is in alpha, but appears to work. The D6 imagefield module is ready to go, but it requires the filefield module, which is in alpha, and the maintainer there doesn't guarantee upgrade compatibility for betas nor RCs nor is any timeline provided when these will be ready. I do NOT intend to complain about this here, not at all. I was just wondering if I am correct that if my site requires CCK image fields and it is a busy and active site, then there is really no possibility of upgrading to D6 right now. Thanks!

Hi, I am using Drupal 5.10 and ubercart. I am trying to create a View that will list certain products based on some filtering criteria. For Eg - Lets say each product has 3 types of categories it can be in. "Price Range" , "Catalog" and "Category". As i understand I can create a view where in i can pass all or none of this as arguments and get the View displayed as a Page. But the question is how do i do that ? Based on how many filtering conditions the user chooses the # of argumnets in the View need to change. I need to find out a way to pass arguments via he URL and call that URL from anywhere on the site.( which seems pretty straight forward) Kindly help me and if you need further clarifications kindly respond. Can Views be used for Yahoo! Shopping-like directory display?

Hi, I'm trying to build a site that shows a directory of vocabularies and terms in the same what that Yahoo! Shopping (http://shopping.yahoo.com/) and Joomla! Extensions (http://extensions.joomla.org/) displays their Shopping Categories and Joomla! Extensions Directory respectively. I'm thinking this can be done via Views and CCK, but I have no idea how. Is there a tutorial that can lead me to the right path? Also, is this actually possible with Views?

problem with converting profile_generator.module to drupal 6

Hi All, I was converting profile generator module in drupal6. it works fine with all the modules but display error with views module. Error which I am getting is : warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [...]/sites/all/modules/views/includes/view.inc on line 1415 this error displays multiple times Please find the attached file to see the generated file by the module. Repeated messag about 'Updated string'

Users on my sites are getting frequent messages at the top of the centre column about string translations in the menu being updated, e.g. Updated string item:5255:title for textgroup menu: Help Updated string item:5252:title for textgroup menu: Report an issue Updated string item:15302:title for textgroup menu: Email web team Does anyone know why that is, and how to prevent them appearing without turning off all messages? CiviCRM can't find files

I have civicrm 2.0.5 running on a couple drupal 5 sites. Up until a couple days ago they were running fine. The server they are on had an upgrade of PHP from 5.x.x to 5.2.6. Most everything else on the server is running fine, but now civicrm is throwing the following errors: "Oops! - The path for including CiviCRM code files is not set properly. Most likely there is an error in the civicrm_root setting in your CiviCRM settings file (sites/default/civicrm.settings.php). » civicrm_root is currently set to: /home/redwoodt/public_html/sites/all/modules/civicrm." The path is actually correct and the module has been running correctly for months until this update. I've posted on the civicrm forum but haven't gotten anywhere. So, I am casting about for ideas. There are other applications on the server (x-cart, slideshow director) that are also having problems finding their files.
