your recommendations are always appreciated. this time I want to provide a technical support chat inside of my drupal powered-website, so that users chat with one of the technical support ingineers in my company. I don't want the users to be able to chat with each other, but only with the technical support persons.
what is the best way to do it? module(s), combos, etc.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm looking to do the same thing. About the only thing I've found is meebo.
