Each of the links on that page lead to other pages that have information related to that specific topic. At the bottom of each page (before the comments), is a link labeled "Printer-friendly version". If you click on that link, you can print to PDF that entire section of documentation.
AFAIK, there are no PDF copies of the Drupal documentation that is found on that and the subsequent pages. What makes you think there should be a PDF file there? Have you read or been told something that would lead you to believe that there was one, or were you just making an assumption?

I just feel that it would be convenient to have pdf document. Many tools and website have document in pdf. I feel that there should be a single pdf for all the drupal document.
Several years ago, there was one that someone who produced one and made it available. I don't remember who or how to get it.
However, the documentation changes daily and is quite large. I doubt I would want to try to download it, even with a fast cable connection.

It was done by Djun Kim. The old ones are here: http://puregin.org/drupal-handbooks, and are out of date, being either for D4.7 or D5 (I didn't open them to find out).
