I have downloaded the 4.6.3 zip file and receive an error that there is No CE signature found. This occurs is both Pkzip and Winzip. I am using IE 6, running on WinXP. Thanks for your help.

A quick Google search suggests that the downloaded file has been corrupted - if you download the file again, does it occur anew?
can this be the problem? ""If you are using Internet Explorer and WinZip, save the file first, as otherwise IE will corrupt the file's extension.""
