I hope I am not the only one having problesm withe banner module. Though i can preview banners. They don't appear on my pages and I get Failed to access "banner_file.php", file does not exist. Unable to display banners.

You didn't read the instructions, it appears - the above error is asserting you didn't move the banner_file.php into the right place.
