Dear Colleagues,
In my website, I have an Image Gallery here:
http://drupal.ambreenbutt.com/category/image-galleries/works/dirty-pretty
I am trying to determine a way to allow dragging and reordering of images in the gallery.
I came upon the Sortable Grid http://drupal.org/project/sgrid module that appears to promise to do just that.
Problem is I just cannot determine how to make it work. The only doc I can find is on the same page http://drupal.org/project/sgrid under "Getting Started". But it does not tell me what to do to make my existing Gallery View sortable.
I would be grateful for any pointers on what to do next. Thank you.
Can I provide any missing information that would allow someone to help me with this question?

I'm going to assume that "Image Gallery" means D6. I don't think D&D is going to work. In D7, you'll have to change galleries. I suggest Media Gallery, where D&D works just fine.

Thank you for the helpful response. Yes it is a D6 site. I had no idea that D&D is not supported for D6 "Image Gallery". Thanks for cluing me in.
I wonder how hard it will be to upgrading to D7. Is D7 being used for production sites? I definitely need D&D so I guess I will start looking into upgrading to D7. Once I am done I will switch to Media Gallery as you suggest and ask for followup help if I get stuck.

Someone else may have it figured out, or there may be some other gallery module that allows D&D. It has been a while since I used IG because of some other issues I encountered. I do have one site that I removed the gallery from and did without; but now am upgrading just so I can use MG. BTW, Media Gallery (with PLUpload) also allows D&D multiple file uploads as well.
