You probably mean a Drupal independant UI that will help you to easily manage multiple Drupal instances using Drush?
I looked for this kind of stuff some monthes ago, and found nothing really usable, I started writing my own scripts.

Aegir seems to be an awesome project, but it did fit to my needs, I needed something more light, which I could use as a simple CLI tool or as a desktop applet.
Finally I just wrote a lightweight python library I can use in python scripts for specific and punctual needs.
