This statement makes me think this is a new installation of Drupal, and it is replacing some other software.

the problem is when i use subdomain.domain.com the site opens but when i login its changes its url to www.domain.com/subdomain

You need to modify your sites/* directories and settings.php files according to the INSTALL.txt file [0], paying particular attention to section 4. You also need to have the contents where they need to be, even if it's a symlink to the Drupal root directory (in the cases of a shared code base). (See [1] for more info on that.)

i hope someone knows a solution for it :s
