Hi all,
I have deleted some blocks on my site and now the login mask is gone.
When I go to http://beta.ubuntu-de.org/user the page comes up, but without the usual username and password text fields. So I can not login anymore.
It is the same for http://beta.ubuntu-de.org/?q=user!
Can someone help and tell me how I get the login text fields back? Or how I could otherwise login?
Thx,
Michael
for clean urls it's /user/login. Otherwise it's q=user/login

Both
http://beta.ubuntu-de.org/?q=user/login
and
http://beta.ubuntu-de.org/user/login
do not work, too!
The same result as with
http://beta.ubuntu-de.org/user
Hopeless,
Michael
In settings.php set:
$update_free_access = TRUE;
Then run update.php (and change it back to false after you run it). That will clear the cache out and rebuild the menu router.
If that doesn't work then look in your server's logs for any error messages.

Thanks for the info. As I have no shell access on the system I could not try this. By chance another Drupal admin was still logged in to the system and has undone my changes.

I removed some blocks that were created with the views modul. After the admin readded one of these blocks, every thing was normal again. I really do not know what I have done wrong. If I find the time I try to reproduce this.
If you have access to the database you might be able to restore the login block.

Hey all
I've been looking for a module that would allow for search results in rss format, but I've yet to see anything.. I did find 'Search RSS Feed' module which has a description of
'This module provides an RSS feed to the search results page. In this feed, the results are ordered by date, so that new items appear on top.'
Sounds good, but the demonstration page isn't in rss format, nor does it have an rss icon that I can see.. Not sure what I'm not understanding on that one..
Anyone know of something like this? I want to be able to search my nodes from a Flash application.
Thanks!
Could you do this using views, and a search field as an exposed filter? Then just enable that view as a feed.

You mean set the view as an rss feed then attach a search box above as an exposed filter? I tried that, but the search box won't display on the feed page. :( Thanks for the suggestion.

I ended up installing the Search RSS Feed and although the demo didn't work, the module seems to work great! You just add /feed to the results and voila!
