hello, i want secondary menu to be the children of primary links. I have the same menu in Primary links and secondary links (Primary Menu) in the menu settings. But secondary links don't show. I have done it without installing panels and everything is ok. I use drupal 5-x. It takes me two days to understand that the problem whas the panels. How can i fix it?
Does anybody know if it is possible to add an XML slideshow to a node?
Is there an easy way of doing this?
It needs to be timed, which is the reason for the XML.
Thanks,
Marc
An image query.
I've added a gif image to the header in the Zen theme's page.tpl.php.
The image appears OK on my home page (node 2 assigned as the home page) yet does not appear on any other pages. Can anybody help?
http://www.hollywoodclassics.com/new/
Thanks,
Marc
A simple question I'm sure, but as I'm new to Drupal I need to ask...
I need to add an additional image to the right of my site's header (in the same location as the main logo).
I am sure I found something about how to do this in the theme pages last week but I've searched again and cannot find out how to do this.
I know that somehow I need to add some .php script to call in into page.tpl.php - can anybody help me please?
Adding it directly to the site's page.tpl.php doesn't work as the path to the image changes from the home page to the other pages.
Thanks,
Marc
You need to make sure of two things: 1. Your theme supports secondary links. Garland does, so test with that. 2. You have a menu item A whose parent item is "primary links", and another menu item B whose parent item is A.

Its also possible with panels two that in the advanced tab you have the disable drupal regions section set there. It may be removing your secondary links, I'm not sure but this should be checked.

I'm assuming that you've got a situation where the panels pages are the only pages on your site that don't show secondary links? If that is in fact the case, then I'd recommend filing an issue on the panels project page. If secondary links are disabled on non-panel pages, then we should do more troubleshooting to make sure that what we have is a panels issue.
Make sense?

I will add that if you are just getting underway with Panels, I recommend working with Panels 3, which is the branch that leads into the future.

No secondary links are enabled on all pages.
