This is what I get anytime I click on the meny module.

What am I doing wrong ?

error 500 means that your server made an error and stopped.
You should chack your servers error logs to see what went wrong. If you see the line where the error is printed, but cannot understand what it means, you shuold post that *line* to drupal-support so that we can help you further.

Check your line endings. Did you use a windows editor to edit anyu files?

A small checklist: * Make shure there are no windows line endings * Make sure you have all contrib modules disabled * Make sure your PHP has enough memory
