On the account registration page I want to add some custom text to inform new users about some things. I have tried finding a module which does this but I've had no luck. I have found a lot of information on custom fields but I really just want to add some text at the start of the page under the heading.
You can do this by adding a block and placing that in the theme, as required. https://drupal.org/documentation/modules/block
