I see menus but I don't know what they are supposed to look like. Take a look at the source of the page.

I see them with Chrome. Maybe a client browser issue, have them try clearing the browser caches, if that doesn't work then you need the browser and browser version info from the "About" menu. Then go to your theme issue queue and ask.
