Hello Nancy.
I will let the configuration in 128M and will be monitoring if there are any problems with it.
Thanks a lot for your time.
Thank you all people.

32 Mb was okay for Drupal 5, but D6 needed more. And D7 apparently needs even more. I run all my sites at 128 Mb without problems. If you get too bog, you will be forcing memory swaps (paging) which can negatively impact performance.

I increase the mmeory and the process run without problems.. I increase it to 512M, in the PHP settings was to 32MB.
Is that a good number?

I had similar problems and found that the mysql had to be increased also. The higher the php memory is means the less your website can handle multiple requests at one time. I would try raising it a little at a time. If you are using devel it can eat a lot of memory too. Adjust the memory as you need to.

All of that is true. However, if you ever tried less than 96M in D6 with Image or Imagecache (I can't remember which) you would get an error about not having enough memory to process images. I would assume that the same requirement exists with D7. I found that I was very comfortable at 128M. If that is a problem with the server (such as a minimal VPS), then I would suggest a more robust server, especially if one expects a lot of traffic.

Some of the shared hosting servers have issues. I hadn't found one that would allow me full expression of what I wanted. I finally decided to get a dedicated server.
Graphics do seem to take up quite a bit of memory. I am using an open source program called blender. I have 50 different states that I used png files to make swf files. I am going to be making a graphic header module to cut down on the bandwidth.
What are you using your graphics for?

We are diverting from the issue here. But I do have some low-volume sites on shared hosting (at 128M) and they work fine. But I am not doing such an obviously high-memory-usage task.
