This site http://tinyurl.com/koas49y (I prefer not to publish the URL) looks fine to me in whatever browser I check. But one of the owners says that the top background image and the title of the site itself don't appear for her. She uses IE but I'm not sure which nor which Windows--she did recently upgrade both at my suggestion.
Anyhow, any ideas what might be wrong?
Thank you.

FROT for this kind of issue is to have the user clear her browser cache.
You may also want to check that you have Style Sheet Compression turned on,. The problem could be they cannot load all the CSS files . Here is an article I found on the topic http://shvetsgroup.com/blog/optimizing-javascript-and-css-files-drupal

Try using BrowserShots:
Just select all the versions of IE and see if anything looks out of place there. Also, you might want to send her a direct link to the image itself and see if she can load that.

Turned out the problem was the linear-gradient. I changed that to a PNG and it worked. :)
