Malware issues- is there any permanent solution

HI, I am having malware problems with all my drupal sites. A piece of code gets inserted in all or some javascript(.js) files. Its happening even to the files with permissions "644". I have to remove the code and submit the site for review on webmaster tools on google, so that mozilla-firefox does not give malware. It takes 2-3 days. This is happening again and again, and i have to repeat same process each time. Is there any permanent solution for this issue? I am giving the code that gets into the files. Upgrade to Drupal6.16

Following the instructions for upgrade to 6.16 drupal now will not start. 127.0.0.1/dir1/upgrade.php produces a blank as does install.php for a new installation. Alternatively 127.0.0.1/dir2/ which still uses d6.15 starts well and is accessible. I'm stuck Help appreciated Roger

multiple domains at same site

Hello Drupal! I've been working with Drupal for some time now and but I haven't used the multi site capabilities till now. Please guide me with the best approach towards this scenario: - Multiple "brochure" sites (up to 10) - Each having it's own unique domain "greentomato.com", "redchilli.com" etc - Each site will have dual language English/Local - Each website should have a different look and feel - There has to be no links between each brochure (they cannot know of each other’s existence for sensitive reasons) – i.e. No links between the websites or admin module I'm assuming this should be pretty simple to set up. I'm unsure about the "Total Isolation" clause though. Any pointers on best aproaches, trouble spots to avoid etc are hugely appreciated, Thank you Alex P.s Drupal 7!! Can we use it in production yet?

Need page refresh

I need a views page and a views block refresh every minute. One is a page of the list of the students who has logged in. The other is a block which shows the list of private messages sent from my students. Right now, I am manually refreshing, which I wish to be automatically updated a la Facebook. How can you enable larger groups of modules at the same time.

I have noticed that if you try to enable too many modules at the same time and then hit save configuration then it takes a while and then returns a blank screen. If you click on the modules link then all the modules that you tried to enable are no longer enabled. If I try to enable smaller amounts of these same modules they will stay enabled. Has anyone also had this issue and how can you adjust so that you can enable larger groups of modules at the same time. Thanks, John -- John J. Mitchell

There is a view with url like this: mysite.com/schoollist?ctid=1&dtid=24&catid=All ctid, dtid, catid here are term id, for better SEO, I want that URL turns to be like this: mysite.com/schoollist/[term name of tid=1]/[term name of tid=24]/all Do you have any idea? Cant Log In After Moving Site

I have done about an hour of research on this issue before posting to the list. I have transferred a database that had both Drupal and CiviCRM tables in one database and split it so that the Drupal database is on database and the CiviCRM database is in another. I had it working when all the tables were together in one database but I had a different problem and re-imported the data and now it does not work. I have tried to go back to one database and that does not work either. I have create a new user directly in the database and this user cant login. I have cleared the sessions table. I have changed the password of the admin user and used the MD5 function in PHPmyAdmin. I turned off CiviCRM in the system table and there is no change. I am out of ideas. Thank you very much!
