Hidden fields with formfilter

Has anyone ever used the module formfilter and had the form error afterward? Here's the deal: I am using Node Import 1.1 (in Drupal 6.19), to grab CSV files for a few content types. A few users need access to this, but I don't want to offer every single content type (only the ones they need to import into). So I have used formfilter in the past, and it works great for me. But when I limit certain items, the user gets an error message. "An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator." Illegal choice. After digging around in Googleville, it seems there may be a Drupal issue with hidden inputs, maybe, but I didn't find much on it, only some 'I have a patch for that' messages. At first I wondered if I just had too many hidden ones, but it seems that even if only one 'problem' item is hidden, it still errors. I've done Diffs on the HTML, and the only difference is the one shown above (and a form key, but that is expected). Any ideas? I really don't want to have to re write the entire Node Import module as a custom module for this one silly problem. Joel

Problem with uploading files on Drupal6

Hello all, I am running Drupal6 running on Debian Lenny with Apache2, PHP5 (suPHP+suhoshin patch) and mod_security2. I have issues with file upload I am getting error message: "warning: is_file() [function.is-file <https://new.techplasty.sk/node/add/function.is-file>]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/tmp/php6sDem4) is not within the allowed path(s): (/data/internal/drupal6:/data/www.example.com/www/drupal:/data/www.example.com/tmp/drupal) in /data/internal/drupal6/includes/image.inc on line 117." All settings looks fine: Apache vhost mod_security2 upload dir config: SecUploadDir /data/internal/drupal6/sites/www.example.com/files/tmp php.ini config: upload_tmp_dir = /data/www.example.com/tmp/drupal open_basedir = /data/internal/drupal6:/data/www.example.com/www/drupal:/data/www.example.com/tmp/drupal include_path = ".:/usr/share/php5:/data/internal/drupal6:/data/www.example.com/www/drupal:/data/www.example.com/tmp/drupal" Code <?php print file_directory_temp();?> is returning path sites/example.com/files/tmp path sites/www.example.com is symbolic link to sites/example.com. Similar setup on Drupal5 is working fine. Any opinion why it is uploading files to /tmp directory? -- Peter Viskup

Programmatically checking if a user is flagged

Hello all, I'm using the flags module. How can i check if a user is flagged? $flag = flag_get_flag('student_has_project'); $flag->is_flagged($user->uid); Is this correct? I can't find it in official documentation. I'm unflagging the user using Rules, but that doesn't seem to work. Best, Toon

Dynamically display menu items?

Hello all, Let's i want to display or not display a menu item depending on some property of the logged in user. E.g. when my user has selected a project (i.e. a reference to the project can be found through the user) i want to display a menu item "my project", if not i want to display a different menu item "available projects". How do i do this? Context? Rules? Menu hooks? Any ideas? Best, Toon

Can't install nor use wysiwyg editors

Hi, I have installed Drupal6 on my Debian GNU/Linux Squeeze. It's ok except when I try to install Wysiwyg editors, then I can't to install the following editors:/// /CKEditor Whizzywig jWYSIWYG I have extracted the downloaded stuff and copied into the approppriate directory but my Drupal6 can't see it's version number (in Hungarian) eg. for CKEditor: /CKEditor/ verziószáma nem érzékelhető. I have successfully installed: openWYSIWYG YUI TinyMCE markItUp NicEdit WYMeditor but none of them can to use for editing pages. When I want to edit a new or an existing page, I can't see any editor tools out there, but I doesn't switch off any editor there. How can I solve this problem? ZeelandNet Webmail I'm working on a teaming site and would like to ask advise how to set this up using D7. On my main site I want to have general news, events and some pictures. Registered users additionally get access to their team page(s). Each of these team pages follow the same layout eg team blog/gallery/agenda/news/contact list. Is there a way to manage the team pages without having to create the pages one by one? (say I want to expand a team page with new blocks or change the block ordering). Regards, Darius

views - menus - arguments

Hello All, I seem to be missing something w.r.t.connecting views with arguments to menu items passing through the same arguments. In other words: how can i define a menu item pointing to a view of the form "content-type/%"? I have looked at Context and Menu_token modules, but i still have the feeling i'm missing a common way to handle this. Any help greatly appreciated! Best, Toon

Fields in User Profiles - Problem: Option to add fields went away

Hello all, I wasn't even sure what to call this. In Drupal 7 People is like a content type. However, it isn't found inside Content Types. I was working on a site that is a membership site. I am setting up Profiles for a project that I have. I got confused and lost because my site is not showing what it was yesterday. Or maybe it was Saturday when I worked on it last. I go to Configuration> People and expect to see a tab for Manage Fields. For some reason, I don't have any tabs. I should see Settings, Manage Fields, and Display Fields. What would cause this to happen? I am logged in as user 1. I also see a number of extra fields that may have to do with additional modules like Location.
