I'm writing a module to custom drupal for our needs. My question is about including files. I have some page callbacks, which are defined in my hook_menu function like so: $items['mymodule/myaction'] = array( 'title' => 'Custom Action', 'page callback' => 'mymodule_myaction', 'type' => MENU_CALLBACK, 'file' => 'mymodule.module', 'access callback' => TRUE, ); However, common functions, such as `url()` cannot be used because they are not included. I would have thought that `/includes/common.inc` would be already included, since drupal has got far enough to call my page callback function. In my handler function, I have had to include: require_once './includes/common.inc'; require_once './includes/path.inc'; to access drupal's functionality that I want. Or have I missed something really obvious!!? -matt

Severe Hanging (and sometimes MySql crashes) When Approving Comments

Hello everyone, I'm experience a hard-to-find bug. I don't know exactly where it is, but only a few triggers of the problem. When I approve comments (from the approval queue), whether it be one or ten, it hangs for several minutes and sometimes results in a complete MySql crash, where I have no other option other than to reset the MySql server. Also, when I delete comments as well I get this long hang and occasional crashes. It's obviously something with how Drupal is interacting with the MySql DB when calling comments. When the crashes occur the error is a basic "Too many connections..." MySql error. Anyone ever experienced this before? Let me know if anyone needs some clarification of my explanation. Hi Dear Am using fck editor for inserting images, May i know where the images are storing, table or any folder... bcoz i want to display the 165 charater in article, If i insert the image, then i assume image also some charater, So i want to display the 165 charcter and also image Any iidea

How to restrict the block in all page/URL

Xml Sitemap - including content outside of drupal

Hello Everyone, I have XML Sitemap dev snapshot on Drupal 6 and it creates a sitemap for the Drupal content without a problem. The issue I have is that I have some content outside of the /node directories, such as static (PDF's, Documents, Images) content that are not added into the sitemap. I tried to add them with the absolute path and it didn't add it. There is little to no documentation on the module and I am wondering how I add this content properly? Is there a way to add a whole external (to Drupal) directory at once? Thanks!

I installed the CCK module, And i check in module in the administrator panel, then i created the events content type, for that i click the add fields , Then error message was through *Fatal error*: Call to undefined function content_types() in * E:\WorkingProjects\PHPProjects\plasticstoday\modules\cck\userreference.module * on line *387*
