Error when install two Drupal 6.2 with PGSQL and table prefix (and patch)

Hi, Today, i've tried to install two sets of datas into a drupal 6.2 database (with pgsql). Four excellent questions

... were recently submitted to me. (1) can an a current version of a page be publicly available on the website, whilst there is another version of that same page being updated but not publicly available (with this in-editing page later becoming the current page)? (2) we'd like to set a few users only with publishing authority, with all other users having create/edit authority, but not able to publish new or edited content. The "publishers" would review new/edited content and then publish it if OK. This issue rather presumes that (1) is possible? (3) if a page does not have a menu item (i.e. the "menu title" field is left blank), so that it is just linked from another page, for example, is there a handy way for authenticated users to find such pages if they are not published (I think that "recent posts" works only for published content?)? (4) can friendly URL's be created automatically, up to the last section which is the actual name of the page (e.g. x/y/z/PageTitle, with x/y/z/ being added automatically, and the page creator just having to add PageTitle)? This would "be nice" but not essential... I gave a workaround for (1), a 'no' for (2) and (4) - with an explanation for the latter, and suggested Administer > Content Management (admin/content/node) for the third. Any other ideas/solutions? Dynamically display parent/child taxonomy terms in a separate list?

Is there a way to display a single-hierarchy taxonomy terms separately? For example, if we have this list: Parent1 --child1 --child2 Parent2 --child3 --child4 --child5 I want to show two drop-down menus, populating the first one with: Parent1 Parent2 Once a selection is selected in this first drop-down menu, a second drop-down menu is populated with the children based on the selection of the first drop-down menu. What's the best way to do this? Thanks!

Setting head_title and title independently

I have been trying to add support to the panels module (I am not associated with it) for a separate title in the title bar and in the in-page text. I have modified the module to get the two strings and store them in the database, but I am having trouble figuring out how to set $head_title and $title in the theme. It the title is currently set using the drupal_set_title function, which seems sets both of those variables. Is there was any way to set those variables independently or override the set_title function because I do not want to change the core? I apologize if this has been covered else where, I could not find it. Thanks. David Carman

Google Spreadsheet

While I see there have been discussions of implementing a Google Spreadsheet-like feature for Drupal or an API to share data with an actual Google Spreadsheet, I don't see any working code. Does such a thing exist? I have a site where the owner wants to keep the list of Drupal users (complete with a set of custom fields) in a Google Spreadsheet. My only solution is to hook into the registration form processor and use curl to post the fields to the Google Spreadsheet. This I believe can be done and would work. Updates are not yet accounted for, but I'm not sure this will be a requirement. Anyone have an alternative solution? Thanks!

Hello, I am looking to create a new content type that will basically display a page without menus or a top logo bar. It would be blank except the body of the content. Is there anyway to to this? Thanks

However, aside from that small issue, it would be the perfect module to accomplish such a task, and the work involved would be as simple as replacing a db query with a directory scan, and configuring what the module author calls Helper Apps to parse the html. Alternatively, there is the Swish-E module (http://drupal.org/project/swish) which appears to be very similar to Search Attachments. Can I Use a Slightly Modified Theme on Only One Page???

Hi Everyone, My boss has a special request of me. We want to make a "sub-site" of the current site we are running, which is: http://narcosphere.narconews.com I need to build a sub-site which will use most of the current theme but with about 15-20% of changes. For instance, I am going to need to change the banner for this "sub-site", get rid of the left column, and change what's on the right-sidebar. Is there an easy way to do this without having to make a whole new drupal installation just for this sub-site? If this isn't clear enough, please let me know and I can further explain what I'm trying to do. Thanks! David B.

Here are a couple ideas why they wouldn't get indexed: 1) The files directory is excluded by robots.txt and/or some rules in your .htaccess 2) The content is too new and the engines just haven't prioritized seeing it yet 3) You don't have any links to those pages on the anonymously available parts of your site so the search engines don't know about it because there is no link to it. If item 1 is the problem, just remove the files directory from robots.txt or .htacess If item 2 is the problem, be patient :) If item 3 is the problem, you could add the links in a place that makes sense.
