Hi Thsi is my first post to Drupal Support Team Drupal 4.7. File attachments problem. When I try to attach a new file with File Attachemnet (upload Module) it just showing the progress status, but nothing is happening. I have tested it in the local, it's working with the same installation as of Server, but server it's not working My server is in Windows Please Help me, thanks in advance Abdu Rahiman

Bueditor , two problem

Hello, I have install Bueditor 5.x in my drupal. I have two problems. 1) It(toolbar) is not showing everywhere specially at comment but when I preview that comment it shows there. I have added view option as belows; node/add/* node/*/edit comment/reply/* comment/* but then also it is not showing there, why? please help. 2) Second thing, I want a button for giving color to text. I have seen this feacher somewhere in BUEDITOR but now there is no such button present. Please tell me how to add it? where is the code? Thanks

set title tag separate from node title

Hi - I'm trying to find a way to set the title tag in the site differently from the title of the node. This is for propper SEO that we need this. I have nodewords installed for meta tagging (I tried to tell them that search engines ignore meta tags but they want them anyway) but that doesn't allow for separate setting of the title tag. thanks .sander

browser cache issues?

Hi, I'm having terrible problems with what I think is people's browser cache. Whenever I change something on the webpage, people have to reload to see the changes - especially images - which results in horribly rendered pages. I don't even know if this question is related to drupal or if I'm missing something fundamental here. I've not tinkered with drupal's cache settings, only enabled the normal cache function. Is there anything I should do which can make sure that people's browsers do not cache everything? some meta-refresh commands? thanks Morten

separation of body from cck fields?

Hi guys, I finally figured out how to get at the CCK field values I've created and output them onto the page. But when I output $content or $body it contains the content of the extra fields as well - not only that but it's all in one string so I can't even grab the bits I need as I can from an Array. Is there any way to access the information the person typed into the description field without anything else? thanks

Page with two Sections

I have several pages with unique layouts from the designer. All share a common footer/header but in some there are 2 columns in others 3 columns. Some have boxes with text others have no boxes--in short, there are almost 10 different unique layouts. I can build each one with HTML no problem, but they want certain pages to be easily editable by non-technical personnel--they want to be able to edit each item as pure text. So my inclination is to separate these pages into separate areas and make each one a node of some sort. The first idea that comes to mind (for a page with 3 boxes, for example) is to make 3 nodes, one for each, and then enter the content. Then I make a page and use PHP to put the content of each into the correct <div>. Then the users can edit the content nodes and not the page nodes. Questions are: Is this a reasonable approach? Is there a better one? Should I use a CCK node for the boxes or would a 'page' be enough? I would think that if I only need body and maybe title, that page should be enough. Thanks! PS: I considered using tinymce or some such and building the pages that way, each as one page, but the HTML is generally ugly then and also it makes me nervous that it's easy for a user to break a page that way, because he has control over the layout, yet doesn't know what he's doing...

HTML filter and <table> tags

Hi, For some time I had <table> tags in a 'page' posted on a drupal site, working fine. Today, although I have not edited the site, the <table> (and related) tags are being escaped. http://www.swantrust.org.uk/node/14 My filter order is HTML 0 Line break converter 1 Inline Images 10 The node is set to 'filtered HTML'. My allowed HTML tags are: <a> <em> <strong> <cite> <code> <ul> <ol> <li> <dl> <dt> <dd> <table> <caption> <thead> <tr> <th> <td> <img> <blockquote> <span> So the table tags should NOT be stripped.
