Theming the Contact Page

I want a completely customized Contact Us page--we want text and images both before and after the form. I do see a solution here: http://drupal.org/node/166432#comment-266492 What I would do is make a page with my text etc. and then add the Contact form as a block on that page only. Does this make sense? Is there a better way? This one is difficult to Google for because everyone's "Contact Us" page comes up. :) Thanks! Fred

right sidebar not displayed

Hello I'm new with drupal (5.2): I copied the garland theme (without minelli folder) to a new folder in the theme directory, renamed it and made it the default theme (still using garland as admin theme). I assigned two blocks to the right sidebar. The right sidebar shows up in garland but not in my new theme. The body class in the new theme is "sidebar_left", means the right sidebar is empty (according to template.php as I understand). I didn't make any other changes to the new theme, neither to the stylesheets nor to the templates. I checked all configuration options, but couldn't find the solution. Blocks are assigned to show for all users on all pages. Caching is off. If I use garland as default theme, right sidebar is displayed again on all pages, body class being "sidebars". What am I missing? - Any help appreciated. Thanks Richard

Image derivatives - help needed with cleanup

Hi, Im running Drupal 5.2 on www.rockstanza.info, with image-5.x-1.4, img_assist-5.x-1.4 (reckon this should be 5.x-1.4-dev etc) However my problem is not with img_assist, rather just with image itself. My images directory keeps getting larger with many duplicate copies appearing in the directory with no referring entry in the files table. Converting a Typo site to a Drupal site

Hello, I used to use a CMS called Typo. For reasons too numerous to mention here, I decided to give Drupal a try. Long story short, I have 3 sites in typo right now that I'd love to move over to Drupal. One of those sites has several hundred pages. Does anyone know of any way to 'import' a Typo site into Drupal? - jody

access denied page to login instead?

hello all, I'm working on the extranet portion of the site now, which is rather small and therefore should just be certain pages. I'm almost there. 1. Extranet user created 2. Login Destination Module to redirect extranet users to extranet main page when logging in 3. Content Access Module to restrict access to those pages to extranet users and admins So that's pretty ok, but not 100%. The problem I have now is that I have the Login menu showing, which I changed to "Extranet". This would be fine sinc I have Login Destination on, but once logged in it changes to "My Account" which I can't change. Not only does this mean that if the logged in user leaves the extranet there's no way to get back, we aren't using profiles which makes the My Account page pretty useless. What would be best would be to have the extranet page redirect unauthorized users to the login page instead of access denied error - that way I can just put an extranet link in the nav. Other options may work as well. Searched for appropriate modules or settings but haven't found yet.

Multiplicity

I have a.com and b.com. Both will point to the same place. On home page we have two links: A and B. A goes to a.com/a/ and B to a.com/b/. Thus all pages will be somewhere on a.com. So each 'site' is really just a subsite of one site. The layout is virtually the same for each--only difference is the logo and the link to the other site (A links to B in the footer and vice versa). The menus and content for each site are entirely unique. How should I set this up? Either directions or a link for further reading would be appreciated. Thanks, Fred

Hello, I have configured my website to disallow new users from subscribing, i.e. only admins can add new users. However, I still see a "request new account" link. Am I missing something, or is this a bug ? Thanks, Stefan -- ...ich hab' noch einen Koffer in Berlin...

Hello, Is there a module that adds a [translate] link after every untranslated string inside Drupal ? If not, I'd like to make one, with optional nice ajax quick edit and save. Is it possible to do that? I guess it would require some t() patching :-( Philippe

permission problem

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem (probably) related to permissions: When a user attempts to create a new node (this applies to multiple node types), he can't see some of the options displayed at the end (publishing options, authoring information). Theming help

Hi I am trying to theme a new content type with contemplate but having some issues with adding taxonomy terms. I have a bio for some players with: Number Height Weight Hometown I created a vocabulary for each of these items and then set them to free tagging to enter the terms. Now I would like to output the term of each vocabulary next to the vocabulary name eg (Hometown: Term Name) but I'm a newbie to php and even more of a newb to drupal development.
