Broken CSS

This site http://tinyurl.com/koas49y (I prefer not to publish the URL) looks fine to me in whatever browser I check. But one of the owners says that the top background image and the title of the site itself don't appear for her. She uses IE but I'm not sure which nor which Windows--she did recently upgrade both at my suggestion. Anyhow, any ideas what might be wrong? Thank you.

Captcha and spam issues

I have two live sites hosted at Hostgator.com and one development site. All 3 are drupal7 sites and all webforms, forms of any kind are set up with Captcha 7.x-1.0-beta2; Image Captcha 7.x-1.0-beta2. All 3 sites's domains are registered at GoDaddy, the 2 live sites have the name servers pointing to Hostgator. The dev site is under Hostgator's "domain" ie the numerical URL and "~/pia". The domain name is live and an old site is still up there. One live site uses email addresses in a combination, some ending in ".net" which are processed through Godaddy; the ".com" processed by Hostgator. The sites were previously hosted at GoDaddy and had no issues with spam. Since hosting with Hostgator there is an ongoing issue with Spam. Even though the forms are **all** have Captchas enabled, submittals of the form are happening and I am getting floods of spam telling me that gibberish so and so has applied for an account. Occasionally, I get a filled out actual form where the different fields are filled out with gibberish or URLs pointing, mostly, to pornographic sites. How is this happening? I have been told that robots are not capable of deciphering an image but possibly math. That's why I have changed every single one to image captchas. I have talked with Hostgator numerous times, but so far they have not been able to solve this. I have even been warned by them of all the spam! Thanks for the response. I searched the detail of every attack, long and tedious but turns out that it was a small number of ip addresses in China. Drupal has now blocked ips and a Rule redirection works well taking blocked IPs off site. Rule is set to a high minus number so it has precedence. Also reacts to "page not found" error. Rules sends an email to me reporting attempts and entries are not logged. After 5 faulty attempts to login an ip is blocked for 60 minutes. I would like email notification of new ips but do not understand how to do that. I can't find how to get a View to display specific info from Reports. Views seem to only react to user content. At lease I can monitor somewhat. Rules redirect

Hi all Our Drupal 7 site is under constant attack from the Chinese. In Rails there is an easy way to redirect pretty much anything off site or to other page/s not in the system and hide the url. Also is there a better way of hiding the url of user login I have tried to set up Rules in Drupal 7 to simply redirect [Page not found] responses back to the front page or better still out of the Drupal 7 system completely. I've had no success. Can someone please direct me on how to set up such a Rule on our site. Thanks in advance Roger

Drush 6 and Drupal 8?

I have installed DRush 6 and a fresh Drupal 8 site (once thru git and once thru zip) and get the following error when I do "*drush up*" * Fatal error: Call to undefined function _update_cache_clear() in C:\ProgramData\ Drush\commands\pm\update_info\drupal.inc on line 63 * Anyone else had this experience? jEditable success?

I installed DataTables into my Drupal 7 site (Views 7.3-3.7). It works well. My client needed more functionality and so I am trying jEditable 7.x-1.x-dev. The interface appears and the text seems editable, saving the information throws an error that tells me it cannot connect to the db. How to populate an array to select a taxonomy reference

I have an ajax callback for typeahead of a taxonomy reference field. In the value part of the array I put the term with a beadcrumb, so if it's Lab, the value looks like Dog > Sporting > Lab The problem I'm having is the key. When I get to the validate function and dump the value of the reference field, the key I use in the select array is in the term->name field, and the term->tid field contains 'autocreate'. I've tried putting just the tid in the array key, then tid:title, title:tid, and finally I used the example (for node reference) in the example module's ajax typeahead example, which is $matches[$term->name . " [$term->tid]"] = $name . $term->name; ($name is the taxonomy breadcrumb). Thanks for replying. <snip> You could use the ip blocking tool in Drupal itself instead of .htaccess. </snip> Yes I have tried this on another site however the protagonist only has to switch is modem of then on and he has a new ip address, or have a couple of hundred pests using the same attempts. We have a couple of hundred attempts using the same [type] but sifferent IP addresses each time. [type] in Reports shows a list including wp-login.php, signup.php or .asp, modules.php, profile.php, register.aspx, reg.php YaBB.cgi, register, blogs, join.php /.pl / .asp and the list goes on and on with entirely different ip addresses for each. I blocked dozens of legitimate users with the Drupal IP blocking because they eventually got the blocked ip addresses. I also set it so that after an number of attempts it blocked the IP but some people are really dumb and cannot enter their user or password consistently and so they too got blocked after 5 attempts. I had to remove it. <snip> All entries with time sum near (or even higher than) the google-bot normally are spammers. The ip-nr looked up in the searche engine mostly gives enough information to justify ip-blocking.</snip> I don't know about this, can someone please explain: time sum near (or even higher than) the google-bot Whois indicates that all emminate from an ISP in Putian city, Fujian province, China,36.248.169.127 Thanks Roger

gallery images are opening in very small size

Hello everyone, I have set up media_gallery with colorbox in http://www.mountvilleresorts.com/. gallery is working fine but gallery images are opening in very small size. you can see screen shot at http://i.troll.ws/ccd2a3c5.png but after opeing again images opens in right size. what is wrong with galleries so images are not opening with proper size at first? thank you
