Webform Troubles

Hi, I have some trouble installing the Webforms module. Whenever I upload the module to the correct path (sites/all/modules) I get some php code as source code of the Drupal website: t($scid, $subcomponent, $subcomponent_value, $parent_fieldset[$component['form_key']], $form, $submission, $page_num, $enabled); $parent_fieldset[$component['form_key']][$subcomponent['form_key']]['#weight'] += $microweight; $microweight += 0.001; } } } function webform_client_form_validate($form, $form_state) { $node = node_load($form_state['values']['details']['nid']); // Flatten trees within the submission. $form_state['values']['submitted_tree'] = $form_state['values']['submitted']; $form_state['values']['submitted'] = _webform_client_form_submit_flatten($node, $form_state['values']['submitted']); if (trim($node->webform['additional_validate'])) and lots more. The "t" actually is the beginning. This is shown between the admin menu and the rest of the page. It doesn't matter if Webforms is enabled or not. I already tried with different versions of Webforms (3.2, 3.1 and 2.9). What is going on? Thanks in advance for your help. multilanguage issues

Hi all, first post here. I am setting up a multilanguage site and I have already installed everything following one of the many tutorials available. It works everything pretty fine, except a few issues and I would like to know if I'm missing something. *) in the "Site maintenance" page I'm experiencing an inconsistency between languages. With the site on-line, the English version page says it is off-line. I can change the status to "off-line", using for instance the page in Italian, and then in the English page shows "on-line". I have also a third and fourth language installed and they seems to show always the right site status. any hint? *) regardless the language in use, when I do a search the response is always in the language that has the lesser weight ("languages" page), in my case French. Default language is _en. *) what would be the best approach to show a specified block or a specified newsletter (module "simplenews") only in a certain language? thanks in advance -- Giovanni --

Need help for og views themes

Hello All, I am trying to build a social networking site using Organic Groups(OG), I am creating various types of group posts (content types) and relating the content types to each groups, I am managing it with 'OG' modules group post setting while editing the content type. We can select a theme for a particular group from enabled themes. These all posts automatically takes its Parent groups theme. But now the problem is When I create Views, I want to show the view in groups theme. (can we manipulate theme of views by URL arguments?) Thanks in advance! =) -- Sushil Hanwate

But the underlying concept here that you are missing is that a module must be responsible for a block. So in the case of "block-block-1" it is the block module that is responsible. The menu module (as many other modules) also creates blocks. So you might see "block-menu-1". For each controlling module, the numbering starts over. But some themes don't use the "delta" or at least not in certain situations. Like I just looked at a site (I think I used Genesis there) where I saw "block-menu-nav" where "nav" was the name of the menu. There was no delta. And on another site using Zen and Panels I saw a block in a panel get "pane-menu-block-1. So now I've confused you. But I think I've gotten you over the hump here, conceptually, yes? Viewing views pages

I have couple of views which in <preview> show the gallery images and photos. I have <page settings> Path: image and Menu:Normal Images Gallery set for <Primary menus> I followed the tutorial on learnbythedrop.com but it does not finish. Problems are that the menu item does not show in the Primary Menu and I don't know how to make the page display. I have tried resetting the menu option in <Views Page> to <Navigation> but it still does not show. and I don't know how to display a view of images on a web page - not the front page. The book is very short on explanations. Eventually I want to be able to let a coordinator select an image from a page of images and either drag it into their page or select and paste the image Can someone help please. Thanks Roger

How can I change "From" field in emails?

Hi, I have this strange problem: In SiteInformation I defined E-mail address as "info(a)web.mydomain". It should be used as "From" address in automated emails sent during registration. But it is simply not used in any emails... Instead of that, wen user registers, he gets and email where "From" field has value "Apache <apache(a)fqdn.of.my.server>" So what am I doing wrong? Why is drupal not using pre-defined email address for "from" field in emails? Everything else is considered to be spam and therefore deleted.

Email connection to web site

I have just about given up trying to get Exim4 to connect to outgoing.verizon.net. I just noticed that if I click on an email address in my web browser that it automatically routes the message through my iceweasel (mozillla Thunderbird) email package. How do I get my drupal site to do the same. I'm primarily interested in the automated outputs for user accounts and errors. Gary R.

Shai, That helps ... I guess I will need to find another way to deal with the style issues then. I've got a CSS problem related to block.tpl.php .
