Taxonomy access control and access node restriction

Hello, I want to restrict access to anonymous users and specific user roles for a content section of the site. I used this methodology: Tag the restricted node with a term. Using the taxonomy access control module, I deny all permissions for the anonymous user and for content tagged with the specific term. However, the anonymous user can still see the node. The node is tagged with this term only. Shouldn't this procedure normally work and restrict access to anonymous users? How to add a form inside a node?

Hi All, I have a nice form which I created on an html editor. I did a copy&paste on a node content, but the form does not show up properly. I guess the problem is that drupal puts already a <form> tag enclosing the entire node html. Which is the solution to create a node with one (or two) form inside the content? trouble install TinyMCE

Hello I use Firefox and Apache. I tried to install TinyMCE (tinymce 5.x-1.9): - I can enable it on the module's panel, - but when I add new content, there is not the TinyMCE's buttons at the top of the window. how to show if a subforum contains new comments

Hello, I've been trying to fix this for days :( I have red forum-icons showing if a subforum contains new topics, but my users would like the red icons to show up if there are new POSTS, i.e. new comments AND topics. I've been hacking away at function theme_forum_list forever, but I can't get it to recognize new comments - only topics. I'm sure this is simple if you know what you're doing - please help. I'm desperate!!! this is the forum btw: http://ammenet.dk/forum it's in Danish. If you wanna try something out you can log in as user: test password: star3k thanks Morten

Hi guys, I'm still having an http to https and back issue with drupal, but I've narrowed it down to a single L and wondering if anyone has any suggestions now. Best practices for mobile sites in Drupal

Hi everyone After a bit of research, I have concluded that there are two main approaches to creating mobile-enabled versions of existing Drupal sites: * Using the mobile theme <http://drupal.org/project/mobile> and setting up some theme switcher / URL alias to redirect requests to 'clean' pages * Using the .mobi loader module <http://drupal.org/project/mobi_loader> + .mobi theme <http://drupal.org/project/mobi> combo, so all requests for the site.mobi domain are intercepted and get the 'clean' theme. However, I have found it quite buggy, so many requests for the mobile site are still getting the default theme, as reported here <http://drupal.org/node/163541> Besides, none of these two themes pass the compatibility tests at http://mtld.mobi How are you managing the mobile versions of your sites? Has anyone combined the above two approaches? template.php function called from a php block

I wrote a very basic function in template.php. When I edit a page and switch the input format to PHP, the preview works fine and I see the result of the function call. However, when I save the page, I get: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: phptemplate_1() in .../includes/common.inc(1342) : eval()'d code on line 32 This is my test function in template.php: function phptemplate_1() { $output = '<h1>Doh!</h1>'; return $output; } And there is only this on my page: <?php print phptemplate_1(); ?> If I write the function in node.tpl.php, it works. If I write the code in a page and preview it, it works. When I save the page, it doesn't. I'm pretty sure this is a newbie mistake, include missing maybe? I've been reading about it, browsing but I couldn't find anything specific. Any pointers? Thanks. -- Dany V.

How would I find out if User A had authored a node of type X? I have a link "View Story" that I would like to be "Create Story" if that member hasn't yet created that node type. Is that a complicated db query to do?

Modules and Postgres

Hello! I am interesting how the modules of drupal work with PostgreSQL? I use Drupal 5.2 and PostgreSQL 8.2.1. I try to use the modules: Archive and Archiver and I have warnings. For Archiver I didn't have problems on installation, but when I try to use it I get these warnings: warning: pg_query(): Query failed: ERROR: relaţia "archiver" does not exist in /var/www/html/drupal-5.2/includes/database.pgsql.inc on line 125. user warning: query: SELECT COUNT(nid) AS count FROM archiver WHERE nid=28 in /var/www/html/drupal-5.2/includes/database.pgsql.inc on line 144. and with Archive I have problems on instalation: warning: Missing argument 2 for archive_help() in /var/www/html/drupal-5.2/modules/archive/archive.module on line 7. warning: Missing argument 2 for archive_help() in /var/www/html/drupal-5.2/modules/archive/archive.module on line 7.
