I have installed drupal, created some users, but whenever I go to the home page I get the 'Welcome to your new Drupal-powered website. This me ...' text.
How can I say to drupal that I have already set up and admin account and to show me the real homepage ?
Regards maykel

have you created any content?
The node module which is the default home page will display this message is it has no content to display.
So you can either add content, or change the default home page.

Content that's promoted to the front page, that is. If you write content, but promote nothing to the front, you will still see the default page. It only needs to be one node (one item of content, so one blog post, or one 'page', etc.), then the default page is replaced.
