Zero Point Theme - Changing first/last menu item colors

I'm using D7. I "commented out" the "#brand" entry in "_custom/custom-style.css" in the "Zero Point" theme, and after a "refresh" of the page, the image went away. However, doing the same for the first two "#navlist" entries (in order to change the colors of the first & last menu items) didn't work. I've flushed the cache (all) and made sure that aggregation is disabled. Must I also "uncomment" the third "#navlist" entry? If so, how do I find the "menu number" (XXX) to include in that entry? Thumb size of default image

Hello All, I am using image module with its galleries feature. I have created block view for same image module content type and I am displaying the default thumb image. Now I am trying to change the default thumb size but there is no way I can find to change. Does any one how to change the default thumb size for image content type? theme help please

I am using drupal 7 and I would like to use the Garland 7.8 theme because it is easier for my low vision users to see it, but it don't work with some screen readers, the problem is the link, it is showing up as <a href="http://example.com"> title=the title of the menu link</a> I need it to be like the Bartik 7.8 Where it is a standard link <a href="http://example.com>title of the link</a> I also would like to still retain the title tag Sorry I do not quite have the html syntax correct, I hope it is understandable. Could some one tell me how I can modify this theme? css overrides with zen subtheme

Hi, I have created a zen subtheme using zenophile. The styles for this theme are not being applied. I have come to the conclusion that Drupal core styles are still getting priority. As an example Firebug reveals the following for the site header: http://localhost/smbDev/sites/default/files/css/css_t1WbbTV96Qw-2gA2kCclBnf… #header .section (line 3) { } I have tried clearing all caches, checked permissions and looked at apache logs and am now out of ideas. Can anyone help?

link from view to view

I don't seem to be able to figure this out, but I am sure it must be easy, it would be great, if anybody could help: I have a slideshow banner on the front page with an associated title (it's a view). I want to link the title not to the individual piece of content, but to the other page of the same view, to get all the info. I am using drupal 7, views 3. Thanks, Ursula

getting back a default view can it be done

I made some modifications to the block and page of the Taxonomy term view, I might of told it not to override just for that display and could of recked the feed. If I change it to override, would that fix it? If not how can I get it back to the default with out my changes just for this view as I have made other views I really hope I do not have to recreate. Drupal 7 tutorials

Is there a Drupal 7 book that gets into the heart of drupal system, discusses theming, essential and desirable modules and their use, tips and tricks, some coding, and such like but does not spend more than half the book on 'what is drupal', 'introduction', 'preface', 'installation', 'setup', etc. Something that says: --If you do this -that will happen, heres why! --If you do 'a', it causes x,y,z problems down the track! --Rules does this and you need to know these tricks to make life easier! --How to reorganise the look and feel of Forms so there's no need to scroll pages down to fill in 20 fields. --Panels are good for a or b but can cause a problem because they do things differently than cck - heres an explanation! --And you can't easily switch between panels and cck because once the module is configured it overrides the basic cck. Golly if a person has investigated and used drupal for a year or two, do they really need that intro rubbish repeated ad nauseum? I've checked out many of the books on offer and they seem to treat drupal users like dummies, writers avoid nitty gritty until the last chapters. Please, Are there any good books out there? thanks Roger

Drupal 7 views in cck

In Drupal 6 I could create a view of say contacts which concatenated first and last name. this could then be used as a select list field in cck I haven't a clue how to do the same in Drupal 7 Is there a D7 module that permits this to happen? Help greatly appreciated, thanks Roger
