I think I have seen a module to do this before but I have spent a bit of time on Google and can not find what I am looking for. I need a module that gives my users the ability to select from pages on the site and make links without knowing HTML.
What I would like is for the user to select the text like a WYSWYG editor and then rather than make a link to any page make a link to a specific page on the site.
Ideally views would show up on this list as well but this is not as necessary.
I hope someone knows of a module that can do this.
Thanks, Steve
Not sure i fully understand but have you checked out the freelinking module

Good morning, all,
Is there a module that would allow my users to link to something on our network (intranet), rather than having to upload a document and link to it on the web server? For instance, all of our HR forms are kept in a series of directories on a server on our network. Currently, if one of those forms needs to be changed, HR staff has to modify it and save it to one of those directories, and then go into Drupal and upload the document to the webserver. It would be great if we could eliminate this second step by allowing them to browse to that document on the other server through Drupal and link to that location.
Thanks,
Leslie

I don't know if any modules exist, but note that firefox, and maybe others, will block links to "local" files by default.

Yeah, I found that out the hard way awhile ago, lol. Our users are all running IE so this wouldn't be a problem at this time...
Thanks, though, Jorn!

Good morning,
Is there a way to create a monthly report that would tell me how often our web editors are publishing either new or modified content?
Thanks,
Leslie
Did you ever get a response to this? I have a project under development that might be able to do this for you. It's a general reporting solution that lets you write reports against drupal and other databases. If you haven't got what you needed any other way. File a quick feature request at:
http://drupal.org/project/forena
I should be able to do this pretty quickly.
Dave

You may have some luck simply using the Views module with exposed date filters and something like http://drupal.org/project/views_calc or http://drupal.org/project/views_groupby to calculate sums per time period. http://drupal.org/project/views_bonus could also provide a CSV export.
