Workflow Question

I'm new to Drupal Theming, but have solid experience in PSD to HTML/ CSS template creation, in other words I can build the HTML and CSS for a visual, efficiently and quickly. So my question is is it easier to adapt the Zen theme to a visual design, or is it easier to convert a set of HTML and CSS to a Drupal theme? or am I asking the wrong question? What do you do? TIA

passing variables to a tlp.php file

Hi, this is probably a basic question for most, but i am stuck on this. I have a custom module enabled which has a function: theme_mymod_myfcn($myarg) { ... } I am trying to override this fcn via the file: mymod_myfcn.tpl.php However, whenever i try to print $myarg in the tpl.php file it appears to be empty. Why? Is there a way to access the $myarg variable in the tpl.php file. thanks matt

Hi all. I have a template file called "foo.tpl.php", and I have $vars. How can i theme "foo.tpl.php" with $vars ? I have thinked that I need to use "theme" function(), but how ? And for a box ? zen custom theme and link to node

Hello! i have troubles with zen custom theme and the link to the first node on the frontpage. i don't know why it is reacting like this, but on the frontpage the first article on the very top cannot be accessed by clicking on the title. it seems that the title has shot above the frame. does someone know what i did wrong? also the breadcrumbs don't work as links as they should. it seems that i have a whole area in the theme, that reacts kind of 'numb'. this is the page: http://col-me.info/ does anyone know what i did wrong? thanx barb
